Every access point sits at one of the three hardwired cat6 drops already in the plans, and every one is concealed — no visible WiFi equipment anywhere in the finished home.

About this model. Coverage is predicted from the Jan 27, 2026 construction set: wall layout, interior partitions, and the lower-level concrete walls are all factored into signal loss per band. The R670 view models the tri-band Ruckus R670 (2×2 / 4×4 / 2×2); the R770 view models the flagship R770, whose 4×4 radios and beamforming on 5 and 6 GHz add roughly 3–4 dB of link gain — 2.4 GHz coverage is effectively identical on both. Signal between floors (for example, garage coverage from AP 1 above it) is included. Large glazed walls are modeled as standard glass; low-E coatings can reduce outdoor signal further. A predictive model is a design tool — final performance is verified with an on-site survey after installation.
